Resident Assistant
2017 - 2020
A resident assistant (RA) is a trained peer leader who coordinates activities in residence halls in colleges and universities. As a UNCSA RA, I also helped residents with checking in and out of their rooms, made bulletin boards and newsletters, and planned field trips.
Film Archivist
2016 - 2020
A UNCSA film archivist is skilled in restoring, inspecting and projecting 35mm
(and other types) of film.
Blue Hearts Club
(pre-college - Current)
The Blue Hearts Club raises awareness about Human Trafficking through meetings, social media, and events such as, "The Red Sand Project"; A public participatory earthwork installation that spreads red sand into the cervices of sidewalks to represent the victims of human trafficking that have fallen through the cracks of society. Emilyann helped start this club in high-school, brought it to college, and is still the President of it in her community today.
Emilyann began her side hula-hoop fitness career in college, after realizing her talent could help other people lose weight. She taught (and still teaches) in-person and online classes on tricks, routines, weight loss, and balance.

Students who are in good standing are eligible to serve on hearing boards. Case resolution boards are important parts of due process for students going through student conduct, academic integrity and Title IX proceedings.
